Editorial Note: Grasp the Moment! Every single minute of our life has a certain value to it. But when we are small and in school, we usually don’t bother to think about many things, because obviously there is no need or urge for it any way. Life is so simple and goes on quite smoothly when we are kids and so we gradually become convinced that this is it! But then there finally comes a time when the outside world, situation, family pressures, school issues and our responsibilities make us think again and look at things, everything that is, from a slightly different angle. Although this discovery is not necessarily pleasant at first glance, but do not panic or ran away from it! The sooner you allow yourself to accept the reality of life as it is, the sooner you will comfortable about it and find your own way amidst all the appearing complications. Then there comes a moment of total confusion when you realize that you just can’t take it no more! Well, this is a tricky challenge, but one which can be solved rather easily with a clever device. Focus on the present moment and grasp it right there! I mean focus, and fully concentrate on merely one issue at a time, and do not bother to carry a rucksack where ever you go. Because if you stick to everything; every concern, worry and issue that comes on your way on a daily basis in life, after a short while you will feel a heavy burden on your soldiers. You need to take it off your shoulder as soon as you can, and let go of the unpleasant issues there; say memories, bitter experiences and the bad moments you have encountered. Just draw out the positive side in every single experience, take it as a concealed blessing in your life and have faith that this was for your own good maybe. Then feel light and sharp and ready to move on very easily. Every day bears various issues for each one of us and actually it seems that our issues and concerns grow with us as we move on through the path of life. It is exactly for these reasons that I can now tell you very honestly that you have to let go of the rucksack on your shoulder, otherwise there will come a moment when you feel exhausted and worn out and shallow, without energy left to carry on. Who says you need to carry the heavy burden of your past moments forever?! Just focus on here and now and grasp it as a divine blessing and look at it as you have never done before.
