Life as a Play | ||
Editorial Note: Life as a Play Are you good players? I mean when you play with your friends, be it in the school yard or on a field. Do you play fairly and observe all the rules? Do you care about the rights of others and how they are treated in the team? Or are you among those who are in one way or another careless about others and focus only on themselves, trying to show off their own talents in each and every move they make without seeing others around them? And what is more, do you enjoy the play? Is it fun and do you feel fresh and more energetic afterwards? Or do you get nervous and annoyed by how others try to trick or tease you through the play? I wonder if you have ever thought seriously about such questions in your private. Because if you have, it means that you are honest with yourself and are exploring your strengths as well as your weaknesses. If this is the case with you, then you can assure yourself that you are willing to accept who you are and what your goals are. At the same time, you will realize that you are moving towards becoming a better person in life and weakening your faults and flaws in every step you take. This is because you feel very close to your true nature and self and act as your own best friend, But what if you have not ever even thought about such issues at all? I mean you could be a teenager by now, but not have given yourself a chance to think deeply to see how you are treating the plays and players around you in life. Such small games and plays may however act as short sections of your life which will nevertheless play a key role and leave a strong mark on your life without you noticing them. Be honest and think about this for a while. You will realize that such thinking will lead to a great discovery about who you really are and how you treat things such as plays and games – which in the first glance don't seem to matter at all. You need to be aware of your potentials and figure out the exclusive aspects of your personality. The sooner you decide to focus on this issue, the better the results will be. We all have our own habits regardless of their nature – good or bad. But if we are not careful, we will after a while start to use them as a means to justify the mistakes we are constantly making in life, mistakes that can make us pay a very heavy price in life without being able to go back and make up for them. View life as a play ground for a start. This will help you have a tangible view of things in your life, as you have already played a lot on several occasions and with possibly many peers in diverse locations. See how you have observed the playground of life as a whole, and how you have observed yourself and other players in particular. Life can be regarded as a play, a play enriched with love, faith, honesty, power, will, care and a treasury of divine blessings which accompany us wherever we go… Sh. Ghandehari | ||
